Automated 2-way SMS services

Now, ALSAFWA customers have a facility to send an SMS for enquiries and the system will respond automatically with a specific piece of information.
Each customer will have his own password which will be sent to him through SMS by the customer service team. After the password is received, the customer can request below information:

  • Truck location and status
  • Account balance
  • Total dispatched quantity
  • Account deposits

Instant Email notifications

Worried about your delivery status?
With ALSAFWA instant Email notification every customer will be informed about the delivery status without the need to contact the driver or the customer service team.
Once the driver has completed the gross weighing, an automated email will be sent to the customer with a copy of the delivery note.
In addition to that daily and monthly shipment reports are sent to the customer:

  • Daily report: An email report that is sent to the customer on daily basis which contains all dispatch shipments details in the last 24 hours. With this report, the customer will be provided daily with detailed shipments information
  • Monthly report: For a boarder perspective, our monthly email reports will provide the customer with his total orders of shipments for the last 30 days

New communication services through IVR ‫“‬Interactive Voice Response‫”‬
With our automated call center service, being informed with ALSAFWA has never been easier.
Our call center system consists of several menus of prerecorded options that the caller can choose from to get information. All these options will be available to the customer once he enters his PIN.
Our call center provides the customer with the following information:

  • Balance inquiries
  • Shipment inquiries
  • Safety instructions
  • Direct contact with a customer service agent
